We have listed below our many travel reviews on the quality of service at Florence-Accom.
When choosing a rental agency on the internet, it can be difficult to decide which agency to book through. Many agencies are nothing more than portals listing any apartment or villa who wishes to advertise their property on a site, whereas at Florence-Accom all apartments and villas have been inspected for quality prior to being photographed by us and added to our site. We also monitor the quality of our clients experience by asking each client to give us their travel review at the end of each trip to ensure that quality remains high, any properties that fall below standard are removed from our listings. Apartment Casa Dante F October-08 Australia Family Group L. Thomas wonderful in every way. we were met by the manager who gave us a great run down on where everything was including the nearest supermarket and his favorite restaurant. he left us with a great bottle of wine. the location is so convenient, right near the uffizi. the street has everything you need, a butcher, baker and right next door is a lovely pasta and wine store, so easy when you want to cook instead of eating out. i could not recommend this apartment more!!! This was our first experience RENTING an apartment...We have been on many free lance vacations around the world, guided tours, AND cruises, BUT have never experienced actually renting an apartment...It was very, very, enjoyable and quite rewarding in many ways..It was great waking up in the morning and making our own coffee and eating breakfast with all of the sites and sounds of Florence outside our open windows. We would definitely rent again fromm Italy Accomodations.

This apartment was very professionally presented and had some very nice welcoming touches. It could easily rival some five star establishments, my compliments to Germana, well done! The pub downstairs was handy but could be a little noisy if you wanred an early night but it was no biggy to us. Loved the location, I think I could live here. AAA***** What more can I say? Apartment Ermes July-08 Singapore Family Group SL4 Beautlfully furnished apartment great for family of 4.Professionally managed by lovely people. Apartment has absolutely everything you need - incl Easy walking to everything (hard to judge when looking at a map!). Apartment style accom was a great change from hotels - a more "local" lifestyle. Italy.com were very helpful and would recommend and use again. SL4
Apartment Casa Dante A June-08 USA Older Couple Thomas C. This apt.was wonderful - especially for the price. The landlord, Vincent, met us at the locaton oriented us toall we needed to know and gave us the keys. It is a spacious studio apt. with kitchen facilities and a nice bathroom. The location is spectacular!!! One and one-half blocks from the Piazza del Signorina and Uffizi Gallery and also near the Santa Croce. Markets for food and wonderful restaurants are close by. We totally enjoyed our stay, Italy-accom was a great find for ur. the apartments in Firenza and Roma were wonderful, much less expensive than medium rated hotels. However, this is for the experienced traveler or a novice with a great sense of exploration and independance.

Both Apartments that I chose from your web site were fantastic. Perfect in every way. I would like to also thank Leon for organising the last minute change to our Roman apartment. I sensed when I spoke to him on our train 10 min from arriving at the stazione that he had moved boulders to accommodate our needs in such a short time and we were very grateful for the way he handled the issue. It was reassuring. Although I have been to Italy many times, this was the first time with children and your apartments were ideal. I have passed on your details to friends who are touring Italy in October and will definitely promote your site. The organisation of transfers were also excellent. I had the pleasure of meeting your cleaning staff in Rome and they were lovely and very professional and obliging. You are doing a great job and know the needs of families (especially Aussies).

Apartment Bellezza Fiume April-08 USA Family Group Marywinn A. This was a very nice and spacious apartment with plenty of room for our family group to gather to relax and eat together. It is on the "quieter" side of the river but sstill within walking distance for the museums. The kitchen/dining was VERY well stocked and we were able to prepare full meals for our group of 9. It was exactly what we had hoped for. The dishwasher was very difficult to operate.
Suite Al Teatro-Violante January-08 USA Ryoko T. Very cozy and convenient to everything. Staffs are all good, and can expect right-concierge service, too. Feel like staying at a good hotel.
Apartment Mela December-07 USA Jessica H. The apartment was average sized, but right in the heart of the city. It was on the first floor, and easily accessible, but it does not front the street, so it was quiet. The kitchen was small, but functioning, and the decor was charming. The host was very welcoming, though she does not speak English. Overall, though it was a tight squeeze for four adults, the location and decor made it well worth the price.
Apartment Lungarno Serristori November-07 USA Carolyn F. Great location overlooking Arno River and close to all sights with easy access to bus if you don't care to walk. The apartment was large and very nice and the owner provded a book with local information and how to use appliances. Would highly recommend this apartment.
Apartment Arancio October-07 USA John M. Arancio is a wonderful apartment. Best location in Florence. Clean, comfortable, great bed linens. Office staff is outstanding...Desy and Rosanna. Love them. Desy welcomed us with open arms and hugs. Arranged parking. Rosanna helped us with restaurants and reservations to see DAVID. Beautiful staff.

Apartment Bianca Capello USA Benjamin W. I had lived in Florence for a year after college before my return to Italy for vacation this year. I I stayed with Florence-Accom at their Via Del Venuti address and found the accommodations great. It was right in the centre, plus we could cook and clean right there. It's a great way to stay in Florence without having to pay in a hotel. The apartment was nice and and Simone was very nice, she helped us get situated and answered all of our questions when we arrived. I really prefer to stay in a place that I can call home. All of our basic neccessities were met, however a few things could have been provided. If you stay here, don't hesitate to leave a few small things behind for the other travelers. It only makes things easier. I give my experience a 9/10.
Apartment Casa Dante F June-07 Australia David B. This is a beautifull apartment with high ceilings and large windows looking down into a cosmopolitan street with many shops and cafes. You only need to go 50m for a choice of cafes. A few minutes walk takes you to Piazza della Signoria the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. This apt. is perfectly located to access the wonders of Florence. Ten minutes walk takes you to Piazza di Santa Croce and the leather outlets with some great buys in late spring when the sales are on. Ideal for longer stays as it is well furnished and includes a washing machine and ironing board. Highly recommended.

Dear Jill and Leon, Sorry for not sending you an e-mail earlier, however since our return home we have been busy with a new job (me) and returning kids to school (including a new starter at high school). We just wanted to thank you very much for the service you provided in both booking our accommodation in Rome, Florence and Venice and for answering all my queries when we were in Italy. Each of the 3 apartments (Ottaviano in Rome; Caterina de Medici in Florence; Saint Marks in Venice) were superbly located and, obviously because of the time of year, represented good value. Additionally, each of the people we dealt with concerning the apartments - Pascal, Daniela and Giovanna - was very helpful and attentive to our requests. As Alessandra is Italian we were also given the 'low down' on where the locals shopped and ate out. Our only regret was that we didn't opt for a slightly more expensive apartment in Rome. Caterina de Medici in particular was perfectly suited to our needs and was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. As all apartments had central heating we were always warm - a great benefit with 3 kids. Once again, thanks very much for your assistance in booking our accommodation and in assisting us when we were in Italy. We hope to go again in a few years time and after an obligatory stay in our Cagliari residence we will hit the road and look forward to renewing our acquaintance with your services. We will also recommend them to anyone we know who is traveling to Italy.

Apartment Clarice UK Martine L. The apartment was really lovely and in a great location - close enough to walk to all the sights but in a quiet residential area. The two people who saw us in and out couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and were a mine of inside information. I would definitely use italy-accom again and couldn't recommend it highly enough.

The building is an old villa converted into 4 apartments & has every modern ammenity. very clean with AC, which was a god-send,considering Florence was experiencing a heat wave. The elegantly restored apartment was very comfortable for 2 couples. It is in the heart of the old city close to all the major sites and near to excellet shops and restuarants. The owner was easy to work with. I'd love to stay here again.
Apartment Lucrezia Donati USA Nico, Jan, Alison and George Well we returned from Florence 2 days ago and have to say we had a fantastic time. We could not have been happier with the Lucrezia Donati apartment - the pictures on the internet do not do it justice - it is beautiful and so well equipped. The organisation worked perfectly and Lorenzo meet us at the apartment as planned and could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The apartment is fantastically located with only a ten minute walk to the D'uomo but with lovely little shops on the door step for all those little essentials. We all feel that we have only just scratched the surface of all that Florence has to offer and hope to return soon. As a veteran of many holiday apartments this has without a doubt been the best apartment I have every stayed and the best organised let. I have no hesitation in promising we will use you again. The location of the apartment on the Arno with views of the Duoma was wonderful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and within easy walking distance to the all the sites in Florence.Thank you for your recommendations and arrangements. The only thing I would like to have known in advance is that it is not uncommon for the owners to want to take your passport for security checks. We could not speak much Italian and I was a little unsettled when the lady that greeted us took all 4 of our passports. If this information was available on your website somewhere, it would perhaps put others at ease in the future when this happens. Apartment San Niccolò (2 Bed.) May-07 USA Holly G. The rooftop terrace was our favorite spot in the apartment. The washer and dryer are outside of the building and require 2 hours per cycle so we did not use them and were a bit disappointed. It was a great location for four women to stay. We felt completely safe. The staff was very helpful.

Apartment Sant'Ambrogio June-07 USA Melinda K. beautiful, recently renovated residence around the corner from the florence synagogue and a ten-minute walk to the duomo. the owner is very welcoming and obviously has put great effort into making her apartment comfortable. if you don't mind walking up the stairs to the fourth floor (no elevator), you will be rewarded with immaculate, personalized accommodations AND a spectacular view from the rooftop terrace. the apartment owner, christina, answered her cellphone and met us at her apartment on time, both at arrival and departure. she explained how to operate the dishwasher and washing machine and made sure that we had everything we needed for our comfort and convenience, including a basket of breads, croissants and jams, and a thoughtfully stocked refrigerator: yogurt, fruit juice, butter, wine, bottled water and more.

Apartment Uffizi May-07 UK Caroline B. The accommodation was not what we had booked as there was a problem with the apartment we had gone for. This was a blessing in disguise, yes it was noisy but the location was fabulous. In a building attached to the Uffizi, 10 seconds walk from Pizza Della Signoria (with the best ice creams in town! You could almost stare into David's eyes from your bed (well not quite!) but was fantastic. Noise yes, small apartment yes worth it - absolutely! We will be back!

We were lucky enough to have a concert everynight just around the corner at the Uffizi which was a most magical experience. The apartment itself was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The assistance we received from your office was very professional. Not only did you find us somewhere to go immediately but it was the superb Uffizi. We really appreciate your professionalism and you really made our stay in Italy (Florence & Rome) absolutely unforgetable. Just to jog your memory we originally booked only Casa Francesco for our first four days in Rome at the beginning of July and had then thought we would "do our own thing" for the next four weeks of our stay -- a fairly loose holiday plan given that we were a family of five . Casa Francesco was absolutely perfect so we decided to come and see you on our last day in Rome to book the remainder of our trip, and I must say that was the best decision we made the whole time we were away . With little notice you and your crew were able to find accommodation in Positano, Florence and Venice, each apartment was fantastic in terms of amenity and location and made the difference between us having a great time or the most memorable family holiday we are ever likely to have .We travelled with three adult children on their first trip to Italy -- the land of my birth - so it was important for me that they came away with a good impression of their ancestral roots . It not only created a good impression but they all want to live there now - so if you have any jobs going let me know . Beautiful apartment and location, in the heart of the pedestrian city centre, near the Duomo, Uffizi ,Academy Gallery and the Pont Vecchio. Clean, well appointed and very pretty.Wonderful restaurants and gelati as well! We would stay there again and hope to do so soon.Please commend the owners of this property for thier attention to detail and providing such a lovely accomodation for visitors tothe wonderful city of Florence. we loved it!

We really enjoyed staying in the apartments provided by Italy-accom and have recommended your web site to many people. So hopefully they will contact you and be as happy as we were. I have a friend who is going to Italy in August so hopefully they will book with you. Probably the best apartment was in Venice, the Bragosso, would definately love to go back there. But really we were very happy with our choices. We now know which areas in each city we loved the most and would want to stay there if we are lucky enough to come back to Italy.
