Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date.
- Reservations that are canceled due to verified emergencies, such as medical or family emergencies.
- Any discrepancies or issues reported within 24 hours of check-in will be addressed promptly, and if unresolved, may qualify for a refund.
Non-refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Late cancellations, within less than 14 days to the check-in date.
- No-shows without prior notification.
- Early check-outs after the stay has commenced, unless due to verified reasons.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after confirmation. You will receive a notification email once the refund has been processed.
